A Photojournal Through Life's Travels

I have had the blessing of being able to see a few different spots in this world - there are many more that I wish to one day visit, but I am overjoyed that I have had the opportunity to see this much thus far in my life...
Here is a little photojournal of my life's travels...

.........................................................................................................

Lakes District, England
A few years ago I was sitting here with my guitar and my bible and as far as I could see there was a sea of green grass and trees holding onto red, yellow, and green leaves. To one side there was a huge lake and to another side in the distance where sheep minding their own business and eating the grass. Then all the sudden it hit me... do I have to leave? Why can't I stay?

York, England
I cannot take any credit for this amazing picture, but it has to be the most amazing picture I have seen of a place that I once called home. This is the wall that surrounds the beautiful city of York. Walking on this wall will take you over a river, through some flats (apartments), around some stores, and along the beautiful York Minster (pictured after this one). I am not a huge fan of walking in circles, but I would walk this circle any day!

York, England
The glorious York Minster. This beautiful sight as been burnt down and destroyed several times in its history, but through many years of repair it now stands with a beautiful sense of pride and splendor!

Venice, Italy
One of the most interesting weekends I have ever experience in my life, by far! Beautiful place, adventurous journey, lifelong memories!

Carpinteria, California
This was a Get-Away day with my good friend Allison. Long drive, but well worth it!

Mammoth, California
I do not know who these people are, but I do envy their boat ride on Convict Lake.

Vienna, Austria
Who wouldn't want to take a walk in this park?

Monterey, California
A rainy day on Canary Row

Edinburgh, Scotland
This is the most beautiful places I have ever had the opportunity of seeing and visiting!

Colfax, California
Mail anyone? School of Worship class visited
Danny Donnelly's home and recording studio.

Budapest, Hungary
Dancing in Hero's Square

Irvine, California
My wonderful boyfriend took me on a date and we rode this air balloon...
isn't that romantic!

Vajta, Hungary
One of hundreds of sunflower fields in Hungary. It is hard to describe a
nice long drive among a sea of sunflowers smiling at you as you drive by.

Washington DC, Virginia
The Vietnam Memorial is possibly the most emotionally moving memorial in DC. Perhaps it is because it is one of the most recent events that has started and ended is the today's average adult's lifetime (not sure if that makes sense).
It is a beautiful memorial that brings you to silence and a proud sense of patriotism.

Newport Beach, California
The end of California...

My favorite picture is still the big orange balloon lit up with the colors of the sunset with the moon peeking out in the background
